Hello! I’m Nick Freelove

Seeking Support?

My ideal clients are individuals and couples who are struggling to take the next best steps in caring about themselves, their lives, and their relationships with others. If you are struggling with loneliness, anxiety, or challenges in showing up authentically in your relationships, I may be an ideal provider for you.

My experience in relating and developing connections is anchored in my own initiative to center love and trust as essential aspects of our relationships. I am gentle and directive in my support of you so that you can cultivate an undefended heart that makes room for all the wants and needs in your life and relationships.

If you’re feeling afraid, uncertain, or mistrusting of therapy, I will be able to help orient your experience. My service is to give you back ownership of your wonderful feelings. If this calls to you, I welcome you to schedule a consultation with me to discuss your intentions for our time together.

Contextual Therapy

My approach to therapy is contextual in nature. At our core, we have needs and wants, and we are constantly informed by our past and present in deciding our steps forward. My work strives to center our relational experiences as a fundamental aspect of who we are. We are who we are because we are together.

Experiential Components

Sometimes we need to have an experience to integrate a new perspective, attitude, or aspect of ourselves. With integration from theories such as Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Satir’s formative works, I strive to offer therapy that provides an opportunity to experience being differently.
